Launching the website virtually, Minister Shri. Balagopal remarked that PPF Kuwait is the forerunner among the organized community of professionals worldwide. He highlighted its qualitative initiatives that helped the state government to draw up sustainable development policies. 

In 2011, Shri. Balagopal led the preparatory committee meeting in Kuwait and constituted an ad-hoc committee for the formation of PPF Kuwait. Subsequently, he pioneered and followed up on the progress of the activities that eventually resulted in the formation of PPF Kuwait in the year 2014. 

PPF Kuwait continues its journey as a progressive community of Engineers, Doctors, Legal Professionals, Management and Financial Professionals, and Entrepreneurs in Kuwait. PPF organizes programs of knowledge empowerment, bridging public/private ventures, enabling social research and policy organization, convene effective interaction with the authorities concerned to propose technical solutions, project proposals and discussions, which would help the comprehensive development of society in general.
