KSFDC Sakhi Dormitory started functioning

The Kerala State Film Development Corporation Limited (KSFDC) has launched the 'Sakhi' dormitory for women at the Kairali, Sri, and Nila Theater Complex in Thiruvananthapuram. This new facility aims to provide safe and affordable accommodation for women. The dormitory offers accommodation at ₹500 plus GST for a 24-hour stay and features 12 air-conditioned beds. Facilities include free Wi-Fi, landline phone facility, attached washrooms, bed sheets, towels, soap, drinking water, a common dressing room, napkin vending machine and incinerator. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking facilities, security and locker facility are also included. Reservations can be made through the Safe Stay website of the Kerala State Women Development Corporation.
